TARIFF CONDITIONS

STANDARD

- A deposit worth 30% of the total booking amount is required within 2 days from booking date.
- Cancellation is free of charge within 7 days before the date of arrival.
- CANCELLATION WITHIN THE TERMS: It is the guest’s right to request the refund of the deposit or request a voucher to use the amount already paid in a subsequent stay.
In case of request of return the amount returned will be net of any costs of commission and management.

- CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS:
LESS THAN 7 SAYS The entire deposit will be retained and the remaining amount will be charged.

- CANCELLATION NOT COMMUNICATED OR NO-SHOW: The entire amount of the stay will be retained.


NON REFUNDABLE

- The total booking amount must be paid within 2 days from booking date.
- After the payment terms have expired, the total cost of the reservation will be modified and the conditions of the rate will be Standard.


- It is possible to CANCEL the reservation UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE the arrival date.

- CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS : The reservation will be cancelled and a voucher equal to the total paid will be issued for a subsequent stay.

- CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS:
LESS THAN 7 DAYS The amount paid will be reduced by 50% and a voucher will be issued for the remaining amount, usable for a subsequent stay.


- CANCELLATION NOT COMMUNICATED OR NO-SHOW: the entire amount will be retained and no voucher will be issued.


GENERAL CONDITIONS:

- CHECK-IN: From 15:00 to 19:00  - For arrivals at different times from check-in it is necessary to notify the property upon availability;
- LATE CHECK-IN: The arrival can be delayed until 00:00 upon notice, with an extra cost of 25,00€, mandatory call half an hour before arrival.
- BREAKFAST: From 8:30 to 10:00 am
- CHECK-OUT: By 10:30 am
- LATE CHECK-OUT: Before 13:00  - Additional cost 30,00€ per person, if more than 2 people the cost is 60,00€ per room.
- No smoking in the rooms and in the common areas;
- Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old ;
- The cancellation conditions depend on the tariff chosen at the time of booking;
- Children are very welcome. 
- Children aged 12 years old or more are considered as adults;
- Additional children’s costs are already included in the booking price.
- It is possible to request luggage storage upon availability of the structure;
- Pets are allowed at the additional cost of € 10.00 per night per room.  
For stays longer than 3 nights the cost will be 30.00 € on the total stay.
- Parties and/ or events are not allowed unless agreed by the hotel.
- The cost of the reservation already includes VAT.
- The tourist tax is not included in the cost per night and it's 1.50 Euro per person per day. Children up to 10 years old are excluded.
